VELLORE STUDENT’S MINISTRY:

Vellore is a place where two of the premier institutions of the country in medical and engineering streams namely CMC and VIT are situated. Students from different parts of the globe come here for future prospects.  Almost one hundred and fifty Mar Thoma students are presently studying in these institutions and they actively participate in the worship and other youth activities.  The students often assist during Sunday’s worship services and take part in the cottage prayer fellowship meetings of the parish.  They lead the choir and youth league activities of the parish.  The students’ fellowship meeting for the MBBS and the Allied health science, Fellowship meetings for nursing students were conducted. Students also participate in the carol service, carol rounds, mission tour, Bible quiz and other activities of the parish. Rev. Shiju K Abraham servING as the Students’ Chaplain in Vellore.
