MANGALORE STUDENT’S MINISTRY:

Mangalore is an important educational hub in South India. Students from different parts of the country and abroad pursue their higher education here. Mar Thoma students centre, Mangalore is actively involved in providing spiritual guidance and fellowship to the students. One day retreat was held on 25^th September 2022 at Mangalore Mar Thoma Syrian Church. More than 100 students attended the session. A special youth session for the students was held on 26^th March 2023. Regular college visits were made to meet the students after their college hours. Qurbana service was held on every third Saturday at a classroom of Alvas Nursing College, Moodubidri.  The students who newly joined for studies in Mangalore were given a special welcome on the occasion of the Youth Sunday at Mangalore MTC. Regular fellowships were arranged for the students at Mangalore MTC every 1^st and 3^rd Sunday after the church service. Christmas celebrations for the students were held at Mangalore MTC. The Students’ Centre also provided accommodation facilities to the people coming to Mangalore for different purposes. Rev. Manoj Yuhan is serving as the Student’s Chaplain.
